Due to the Handmade & Custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless in special circumstances. Please fill out our contact form if you have any issues with your product. 

Buyers will be held responsible for return postage costs. We recommend that you return any packages via tracked mail and keep a record of this safe, as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages, we will confirm when we have received the item, delivery charges will not be refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
